Victor Theodore Cady, 18 years old, 2121 South Main street, died a the Burlington hospital at 5 o'clock Sunday morning. Death was due to blood poisoning and came after an illness of only one week. Cady, who had been employed by Showers Brothers for the past two years, was born at Beardstown, Ill., October 1, 1906 and came to Burlington with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Cady, who also live at 2121 South Main street , nine year ago. he was married May 8 of this year to Miss Dorothy G. Stevenson of Burlington. He is survived by his wife, his parents, three brothers, Frank and Clarence of Burlington and Edward, who lives in Michigan, and two sisters, Mrs. D.L. Wood of Clayton, Ill., and Mrs. John Rothlauf of Burlington. Funeral services will be held from the home Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, in charge of Rev. Mr. Jamison of the United Presbyterian church, which the deceased attended. Burial will be in the Aspen Grove cemetery. The body will be at the Burnett-Wallen funeral parlors until 3 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon, where friends who desire to do so may call.
