William S. Bartlett, a former resident of Burlington, died in St. Lukes’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, according to word received here late Wednesday.
He was the son of William H. and Caroline Bartlett and was born in Creston. He spent most of his early life in Burlington where the family resided for many years. For more than 40 years he was connected with the Churchill Drug Company, and at the time of his death was manager of the industrial department of McKesson-Robbins company in Cedar Rapids.
Surviving are his widow, the former Ida Thul of Burlington, and a brother, Sidney Bartlett, Winnetka, Ill.
Committal services will be held in Aspen Grove Cemetery Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock. Rev. Bruce Masselink will officiate.
