Mrs. Elizabeth Marie Barrett, 75, of 115 Swan, West Burlington, died Thursday at 12:30 am at her home after a long illness.
She was born Dec. 2, 1878, at Burlington, the daughter of Fred and Barbara Bauer. Mrs. Barrett was a member of Bethany Lutheran church. She was married to Elige “Pat” Barrett May 22, 1904, at Burlington. He died previously.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Herbert R. Kuenzle and Mrs. Oscar Sandberg, both of West Burlington, two nieces and two nephews.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday in Prugh’s Chapel. Dr. ME Lehmann will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
