Mrs. Carolina Matilda Youngquist, wife of Gust T. Youngquist, passed away this morning at 4 o'clock in the family home 118 South Garfield Avenue. She was born in Sweden Feb. 26, 1858, and was 63 years old. She came to the United States in 1867 and settled near Mediapolis where she lived a number of years before coming to Burlington. She had been coming to Burlington. She had been a faithful member of the Messiah Lutheran church since 1892. Besides her husband, G.T. Youngquist, she leaves a son, Joel Youngquist, and a grandson of Burlington. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
