Mrs. Helen Arbuckle, 106, Elm View Care Center, died there Tuesday, Oct.9, at 5;52 p.m. At the time of her death she was recognized as Iowa oldest citizen by the Iowa Commission of Aging. The daughter of Charles and Clara Johnson, she was born Dec. 31, 1872, in Burlington. She was the widow of Hugh Arbuckle. Nieces and nephews survive. Committal service, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aspen Grove cemetery. Dr. Robert Buhr. The body is at Prugh's Chapel.
