Mrs. Mabel H Banta, 70, long-time Burlington resident, was found dead in bed Saturday morning. She was apparently the victim of a heart attack.
She was born in Woodbury County, Iowa, Jan. 6, 1891, the daughter of Fred and Addie Gilbert Henry.
She was a member of the Congregational church.
There are no known survivors.
Services will be held in Prugh’s Chapel Monday at 2 pm, Rev Paul Pitman officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
