The funeral of Martin Anderson will be held from the family home, No. 1304 South Seventh street, at 3:30 o'clock this (Sunday) afternoon. The services will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Johnston, pastor of the Messiah Lutheran church. Friends are invited to these services.
Martin Anderson was born in Sweden, February 10, 1854 and came to Burlington thirty-five years ago. He was married here to Caroline Carlson. He is survived by the widow and two children, Edward Anderson and Mrs. Edith Swanson. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America, a good citizen, who was held in high esteem by all who knew him. He had ever been a faithful worker having given the Burlington Lumber company twenty-right years of faithful service, whcih was followed by seven years in the Burlington route water service.
