Obituary
Claude Anderson, native of Burlington, died at his home in Chicago Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. following a brief illness.
He was born Nov 25, 1893, in Burlington, the son of Charles and Mary Anderson and had resided in Chicago for the past 31 years, being employed in the office of the Republic Steel company. He served one year in France during WWI and attended the University of Iowa.
Surviving are one brother and one sister, ARthur Anderson and Mrs. Byron Riley, both of Burlington.
The body will be brought to Burlington Thursday evening, and services will be held in Prugh's chapel Saturday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
