Birdie C. Beck, 89, formerly of Burlington, died at noon Thursday, March 19, in St. Mark’s Lutheran Home at Austin, Minn.
She was born Aug. 22, 1880, near Lowell, Ia., the daughter of Eustacius and Emma Melcher Beck. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and had been a seamstress.
Surviving; One niece, Mrs. Warren W. Kane, Austin, Minn; a grandniece and two grandnephews.
Funeral; 10 am Monday, Prugh’s Chapel, Rev. David Michael; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
