Mr. Willard Ballou, 25, passed away at the home of his parents, 1828 Osborn Street. He had been ill for six months and was a post patient sufferer. By trade, he was a candymaker and had a host of friends in Burlington. He was born in Cedar Rapids on June 10, 1881.
