August Anderson, 88, died at 11 p.m.Thursday at the Des Moines county home. He was born in May 18872, and was a member of the Lutheran faith. Anderson has no known relatives. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Burnett Wallen funeral home with Rev. Russell Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
