Arthur R. Anderson, 76, of 1012 S. Third, died at 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, at Burlingotn Medical Center, following a two-year illness.
Born Oct. 20, 1900, at Burlington, he was the son of Charles and mary Anderson. He married Myrtle Elmburg, Sept. 9, 1935, at Kankakee, Ill.
He was an industrial salesman for John H. Witte Co. for 26 years, and a member of Trinity Lutheran church. Surviving: The wife; several nieces and one nephew.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev. G.A. Saathoff; Aspen Grove cemetery.
