Anderson, A. C. - 1866-1934Alfred C. Anderson, 68, died Saturday evening at 7:15 o'clock at Mercy hospital where he had been a patient for the past year and a half. mr. Anderson, for many years a carpenter in the employ of the Burlington Route, fractured his pelvis on Sept. 27, 1932, while working on the grain tank addition to the B. and M. elevator.
Born in Sweden, Mr. Anderson came to Burlington when 14 years of age. Practically all of his adult years he worked for the railroad company here. he was unmarried and is survived by three cousins in this country, one of whom is former Police Officer L.E. Anderson of this city. he roomed at 409 South Third street, and was a member of the Moose lodge.
The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from Prugh's chapel with burial in Aspen Grove cemetery.
