Luther A. Anders, 63, of Keokuk, died Saturday about 7:15 p.m.in the transient's room at the police station, following a heart attack.
Efforts by a fire department inhalator squad were unsuccessful. He was born March 1, 1887, in Infield, IL.
Survivors include 4 daughters, Mrs. Hasty of Peoria, Mrs. Katherine Suhr of Rockford, Il, Mrs. Ella Morgan and MRs. Hazel lisberger; 2 brothers, Howard and Charles, of Jacksonville, IL
Services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Giles funeral home. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
