Myron S. Allman, Hinsdale, IL former resident of West Burlington, died Sunday at Hinsdale following a long illness.He was born April 17, 1885, at Springfield, MO and moved with his family to Gassville, Ark. He came to West Burlington in 1916 where he was employed as a steam shovel engineer during the building of the shops. He was married to Katherine Schwarz, West Burlington, in January 1922, at St. Louis, Mo. They moved from here in 1924, and later went to Chicago where he worked until his health failed.
He is survived by his widow; one sister, Lorena, of Gassville, and one brother, Paul of Aurora, Il.
Services will be held at Prugh's chapel Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemete
