Mrs. Allie Allen succumbed to an attack of pneumonia at St. Francis hospital at 6:15 o'clock this morning after an illness of some weeks following an operation.
Mrs. Allen was born in Indiana fifty-five years ago and came to this city when a young woman, making her home here for thirty years. She had many friends who will mourn her untimely passing. She is survived by the following children: C.W. Johnson, Earl Johnson and Mrs. Pearl Babcock, all of this city and the following grandchildren: Edith and Dorothy Babcock, C.W. johnson, Jr. and Earl Johnson, Jr.
The funeral of Mrs. Allen will be held next Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from Unterkircher's Funeral Home. Friends are invited to these services.
