William Wyatt Albright, 65, Danville business man, died at his home June 9. at 2 a.m. of a heart attack. The son of George and Viola Carpenter Albright, he was born at Lisbon, IA on Aug 2, 1882 and was married, at Clarinda, to Florence Cresap, Nov 19, 1907.
Following their marriage, they settled in Danville, where Albright operated a smithy. He later entered the automobile business with Dee N. Lewis, now of Burlington. In 1920, he entered the petroleum industry and has since conducted an oil jobbing business.
Albright was a member of the Danville Methodist church and of the MWA.
Surviving are the widow and w children: Wyatt C. Albright of Danville and Mrs. Maxine Orr, of Villa Park, IL. Also surviving are a brother and 3 sisters; George J. ALbright, Lisbon; Mrs. Mina Woodward, Marion, IA and Mrs. Asenath Henny and Mrs Beatrice Craig, both of Los Angeles. There are 2 grandchildren. A brother, Arthur Albright, is dead.
The body will be taken to the Albright residence from the Elliott chapel Friday morning. Services will be held at 2:30 that afternoon, at the Danville Methodist church. Rev. F.L. Shepherd will officiate. Burial services will be private.
