Mrs. Ida Elvira Ahlberg, 72, of 913 S. Central Ave, a life resident of Burlington, died at 7:05 a.m. Sunday at a nursing home at 303 S. Garfield.
She had been ill about a year. Mrs. Ahlberg was born here Aug. 17, 1878 and was married here to Herman G. Ahlberg Oct 24, 1900. She was a member of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving are her husband, 2 daughters Mrs. Viola Prill, Des Plaines, Il and MRs. Rubye Hageerty, Burlington, a brother, Arthur E. Thulin, Burlington; and a sister, Mrs. Josphine V. Anderson, Decorah. A brother is dead.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Burnett Wallen funeral home with Rev. J.W. Poole officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
