Mrs. Ida Josephine Adolphson 84, of 1413 Jefferson street, died Saturday at 6 a.m. in St Francis hospital after an illness of 2 weeks.
She was born Nov. 5, 1863, in Swweden and came to this country and Burington as a small girl with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lars Larson. She married the late Peter Adolphson in Burlington. She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran church and the Ladies' Aid of the church.
Surviving are 3 sons, Clarence Schenctady, N.Y.; Dr. C. Gilbert Adolphson, Scotia, N.Y. and Victor, Burlington; 5 grandchildren; and a sister MRs Esther Holmstrom, Joliet.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Burnett Wallen Funeral home with Rev. Russell Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
