Obituary
Mrs. Minnie Anna Balbort, wife of William Balbort, passed away this morning at 12:10 o’clock in the family residence, 2012 Osborn Street, after an illness of about four weeks.
She was born in Germany, 45 years ago and came to Burlington with her parents when she was only a child five years old. She was united in marriage to William Balbort in 1894 and five children were born to the happy union.
Mrs. Balbort was a member of the Royal Neighbors lodge and had a host of friends in Burlington who mourn her death keenly.
Besides her husband, she is survived by five children, Agnes, William, Frank, Roy, and Ralph at home. The funeral services will be conducted on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the residence. Friends are invited to attend. Interment will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
