George Baker, 80, of 1001 S. 10th St died last night in Long Beach, Cal., where he had been visiting the past six months.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Baker was city salesman for Swift & Co. and was well known here.
Surviving are; a son, Norval, Montclair, N.J.; a brother and sister in Canada and a brother in Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren in Burlington, Mark and Mary Baker; and three others in Montclair. His wife and a son, Rex Baker, preceded him in death.
Services will be held in Burlington at a later date.
