Obituary
Joseph M. Beard, the old man who was hurt by a locomotive near the Mt. Pleasant street crossing a week ago today, died at his home, 1109 Osborn street, at half past four yesterday afternoon. He was sixty-six years of age and for thirty five years had been a resident of our city. He was esteemed and respected as a good citizen and a worthy man. He leaves a family of five sons and one daughter, all his children being grown. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m.
