Mrs. Maggie Bailey, 77, of 919 S. 3rd, died at St. Francis Hopilas at 4:45 pm Wednesday following an extended illness.
She was born in Burlington, Sept. 23, 1878, the daughter of John and Mary McAnally Bailey, and was married to William Bailey who is dead.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving are a son, George Bailey, Burlington; a brother, Henry Bailey, Burlington; a sister Mr.s Fannie Miller, Davenport; also one niece.
Her husband, two children, three brothers, and two sisters are dead.
Services will be held in Prugh's Chapel on Monday at 2 pm. The Rev. L.K. Eckols will officiate, Burial will be at Aspen Grove cemetery.
