Henry W. Bailey, 79, of Davenport, a Burlington resident until a year ago, died Tuesday in Davenport after a brief illness.
He was born here Feb. 23, 1882, the son of John and Mary Bailey and was married here to Ruth Jacobs. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Fannie Miller of Davenport, and a niece, Mrs. Hazel Wood, with whom he lived the past year. His wife, three sisters and three brothers are dead. Services will be held in Prugh's Chapel on Friday at 1 pm. Burial will be at Aspen Grove.
