Obituary
Mrs. Mollie Badger, wife of W.A. Badger, residing at 1107 South Fifth Street, died this afternoon at 2:30 at the Burlington hospital, after an eight months' illness. She had been a patient at the hospital and death was not unexpected.
Deceased was a member of four lodges and stood high in those organizations. Previous to her illness she was vice-chancellor in the Court of Honor and guardian in the Woodmen circle, as well as a member of the National Protective Legion and Mystic Workers. Aside from her lodges, she was a member of the Christian church and was an earnest Christian, ever ready to assist in any movements for the betterment of others. Mrs. Badger was 46 years of age and was born in Guthrie County, Iowa. She came to Burlington to live seven years ago.
Besides the husband, she is survived by seven children. Walter, Belle, John, Lawrence, Clarence, Helen and Cornell. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon around 2:30 o'clock from the residence.
