Funeral services for Alfred Vernon Baner, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. WM Baner, 820 High street, who passed away in St. Francis hospital early yesterday morning, will be conducted at 2 o’clock this afternoon from Underkircher funeral home. Rev. Mr. Stine will officiate and burial will be made in Aspen Grove cemetery.
Alfred was born in Burlington May 7, 1925. He was taken to the hospital only a few hours before his death occurred.
Surviving besides his parents are one brother, Harry Baner; one sister, Bernice Baner and three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. HT Ingraham of Burlington and PW Jacobs of Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at Unterkircher’s funeral home, Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock, in charge of Rev. Mr. Stine, with burial in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
