Mrs. Eliza Armstrong passed away Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the ripe age of eighty-four years. She was the widow of Mr. Armstrong, of the firm of Wright & Chamberlin, who were big merchants in Burlington in the early days. Reverses and troubles came to her, but she bore them with courage and patience. She leaves a son at Plattsmouth, Neb., and old friends here. The funeral will take place from Prugh's at 4 o'clock this afternoon.
