Obituary
Henry G. Ficken, 70, of 1326 Griswold Street, died yesterday at 2 p.m. at Burlington hospital. Mr. Ficken had been a resident of this city for ten years prior to his death and operated a furniture store here some years before. He sold out his business and moved to Muscatine, returning here ten years ago. He was a member of the German Baptist church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Leonard Frederichsen, of Wilton, IA., and one son, John Ficken of Muscatine, and five grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death. The body was taken to Prugh's chapel pending funeral arrangements.
