Herbert F. Miller, 80, of Summer St. Road, died Tuesday, May 17, in Burlington Medical Center. Born July 12, 1896, in Burlington, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mathias Miller. He married Alice Wallingford Sept. 29, 1921, at Cambridge, Mass. He was a retired Chittenden & Eastman Co. employe, a veteran of World War I, and a member of the American Legion. Surviving: The wife; son, Robert, Burlington; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, Sheagren Funeral Home, Rev. Norman, Wenig; Aspen Grove cemetery.
