Bennett G. Bone, a well-known and highly respected resident of Union Township, died at the family home at 10 o’clock last night as the result of a stroke of paralysis, which was the climax of several years of failing health.
Many will grieve over the death of Mr. Bone and will offer their sincere sympathy to the bereaved relatives. Mr. Bone is survived by his wife and one son, Walter.
Bennett G. Bone was born in Ohio, November 1, 1852, and had long been a resident of Burlington. During seventeen years he was the engineer at the Blaul plant, a good, honest, faithful man, who was held in high esteem by all who knew him. The past three or four years he was an invalid. He was a faithful member of Burlington Lodge, No. 2, of the Ancient Order of United Workmen, and had many friends, who will hold him in kindly remembrance.
