This forenoon, the funeral of this unfortunate and much lamented young man was held from the family residence on the Fort Madison road.
The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Johnson and were particularly impressive. The following young friends of the deceased acted as pallbearers O. Whit. Smith, EA Brenizer, HC Dayton, Wm. Carson, Jr., Charles Wyman, EE Spalding.
