Mrs. Clara L. Breuer, 85, 2225 Cherry, died at 8:10 pm Wednesday in Burlington Memorial Hospital.
She was born Oct. 7, 1886, the daughter of Charles and Mary Luth Schmeiser. She married John Breuer in Des Moines County April 22, 1908. He died Sept. 18, 1961. Mrs. Breuer was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church and a member of Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving; Three daughters, Mrs. Gerturde Riffel, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Leota Riffel, Burlington, and Mrs. Rosella Treuper, Rt. 2; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral; 10 am Saturday, Faith Lutheran Chruch, Rev. Alton Koeneter; Aspen Grove Cemetery. The body is at Lunning Chapel.
