Kimball Steart Fear, 2075 Sunnyside avenue, died at his home Tuesday at 9 a.m. He had been in failing health for the past 3 years. He was born in Burlington Nov. 1, 1868, the son of Henry W. and Mary Jane Stewart Fear and on Dec. 28, 1896, was united in marriage at Davenport to Bertha Buser. For many years he was associated with the Cave Coal company, retiring about 18 years ago. Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Frances Fear. at home; one brother, Fred Fear, of Burlington; one cousin, Mrs. Fred Poor of Elkin, N.C. and one niece. Services will be held in Prugh's chapel, Friday at 3:30 p.m. Rev.Deane Chapman will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
