Mrs. Evelyn Rose Breuer, 85, Autumn Heights, died in Burlington Medical Center Monday, May 3.
She was born on March 18, 1897, to Gustav and Siegrid Nelson-Nelson in Burlington, where she married Aaron William Breuer on April 28, 1920. He died Aug. 28, 1957.
She was a member of First United Church of Christ and Navy Mothers.
Surviving; Five sons, Jack, New London, James, West Burlington, and Robert, Richard, and Kenneth, all of Burlington; two daughters, Joyce Pryor,m Phoenix, Ariz., and Shirley Lewis, West Lafayette, Ind.; two brothers, Victor and Chester Nelson, both of Burlington; sister Marjorie Durfee, Burlington; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 1:30 pm Thursday, Prugh’s Chapel, the Rev. Alvin F Volle; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
