Minnie Catharina Barth, wif of Rev. Philip Barth, died yesterday morning at the home of her son, JL Barth, presiding elder of the German Methodist church for the Burlington district. She was an aged lady, having passed by a few days the three score years and ten allotted to man. She had been in the city but a few days. The summons came suddenly and she expired in the arms of her husband. Her sons living in Rock Island have been summoned and the funeral will be announced soon.
