Helen E. Bresser, 89, of Mediapolis, died at 10:35 pm Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, at Integrated Health Services of Mediapolis.
Born Oct. 27, 1909, in Burlington she was the daughter of FW and Anna Timmerman Bresser.
Miss Bresser was a retired bookkeeper for Gustafson Dairy.
She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Burlington, and was an avid golfer, bowler, hunter, and archer.
Survivors include five nieces, Joyce L Kuster and Marie Paulus, both of Burlington, Janice Lee of Harbor City, Calif., Joan Drisch of Clearwater, Fla., and Virginia Jurss of West Bend, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and five sisters.
There will be no visitation. The body of Miss Bresser has been cremated.
The private graveside service for Miss Bresser has been cremated.
The private graveside service for Miss Bresser and burial of cremains will be at a later date in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, with the Rev. Gary Chapman officiating.
Prugh Funeral Service of Burlington is in charge of arrangements.
