Betty L. Brandmeyer, 60, of West Burlington, died at 10:43 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 1990, at the Emergency Treatment Center of Burlington Medical Center.
Born November 25, 1929 in Winfield, she was the daughter of Clifford Vernon Gruver and Muriel Hall. she Married Irl Brandmeyer June 22, 1974 in the Little Brown Church.
She was a graduate of Winfield High School, and was a homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Marci Glasgow, Burlington a son Brent Swan , Burlington; a stepdaughter, Barb Brandmeyer, Aurora, Colo.; a stepson, Wes Brandmeyer, Littleton, Colo.; a sister, Virginia Honts, Burlington; a stepsister Wanda Linder, Winfield; two step brothers, Gerald Ostermeier, Calimus, and Donald Ostermeier, Muscatine; six grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lunning Chapel.
The service for Mrs. Brandmeyer will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Lunning Chapel.
Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for the American Heart Association.
