Obituary
Morris L. Bradford, 69, of Burlington Route 2, died Sunday, March 23, at Parkwest Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn.
He was born Oct. 25, 1916, at Sunbeam, Ill., to Ernest L. and Nina Peters Bradford. He married Irene Johnson on Nov. 23. 1941, at Kahoka, Mo.
He was a steamfitter, retiring in 1979. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 212, No. 150 Eagles, the American Legion, and a life member of the VFW and DAV. He was an Army veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Barbara Hansen, Oden, Utah, and Paulette Smith, Knoxville, Tenn.; two, Dennis, Layton, Utah, and Scott, Montrose; one brother, Lawrence, Denver, Colo.; and 10 grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Bradford will be held at 10:30 am Thursday in Lunning Chapel with the Rev. Dale Hempen officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
