Mrs. Ruth Zerneke Balzer, 86, Carol Stream, Ill., a former Burlington resident, died Monday, Feb. 18, at Wheaton, Ill.
She was born at Burlington Sept. 10, 1893. She married Harry Balzer; he died in 1931. She was a member of Messiah Baptist Church, Addison, Ill.
Surviving; a sister, Mrs. Florence Ray, Monmouth, Ill.; two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside committal 2:30 pm Thursday, Aspen Grove Cemetery, Rev. Bruce R. Pullen. Prugh’s chapel is in charge.
