John Birkenstock, a laborer residing at 1018 North Tenth street, died at 2 o’clock this morning from inflammation of the bowels. The deceased was 58 years of age, 32 years of his life having been spent in Burlington. The funeral takes place at 2 o’clock Sunday at the Aspen Grove Cemetery.
