Funeral for James Daniel Bowles, 83. of 712 S. Third who died Sunday, July II, will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Prugh's Chapel. The Rev. Willard Luttrell will officiate. Burial will be at Aspen Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Bowles was born Feb, 2, 1899, at Paducah, KY.. to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bowles. He married Mary Foster. March 14, 1966. at Chicago. In Burlington. he had worked at JCPenney and Union Supply companies. He was a member of St John AME Church.
Surviving: his wife; a son, James L.. Chicago; and two brothers, Henry Bowles. Maywood. Ill.. and Clifton Bowles. Paducah.
