Mary A. Bowles, 93, of 712 S. Third St., died at 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14, 1993, at the Burlington Medical Center Klein Unit.
Born April 12, 1900, in Marin, Tenn., she was the daughter of Sam and Henrietta Arbuckle Foster. On March 14, 1966, she married James Daniel Bowles in Chicago. He died July 11, 1982.
Mrs. Bowles was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John's A M.E.
Survivors include one niece, Jane E. Fryerson of Cleveland, Ohio,
The funeral for Mrs. Bowles will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Prugh's Chapel with the Rev. Netter Weeks officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery Garden of Eternal Hope. Friends may call at the Prugh Funeral Home.
