Daniel Borrego Jr., 35, of 625 N. 10th St., died 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 1988, at Methodist Hospital, Des Moines.
Born Sept. 19, 1952, in Brownsville, Texas, he was the son of Daniel and Feliciana Estrada Borrego. He was of the Roman Catholic
faith.
Surviving are one daughter, Sylvia Marie Borrego, Burlington; his parents; three brothers, Jesus Borrego, South Bend, Ind., and Tony Borrego and Teodoro Borrego, Burlington; and four sisters, Frances Thornton, Burlington, Elvira Aramburo, Baytown, Texas, Jenie Borrego, Phoenix, Ariz., and Eloisa Morales, Mexico.
Visitation will follow a rosary recited at 7 p.m. today at Prugh's Chapel.
The service for Mr. Borrego will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Catholic Church with the Rev. Albert Hauser officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
