Tanner Joseph Boothe, 2, of Lone Jack, Mo., died Thursday, Aug. 29, 1996, at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
Born Aug. 27, 1994, at Independence, Mo., he was the son of Tom and Cindy Burkett Boothe.
Survivors include his parents of Lone Jack, Mo.; maternal grandparents Lou and Wanda Burkett of Burlington; paternal grandfather Larry Boothe of Gulfport, Ill.; paternal grandmother Sherry Boothe of Burlington; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will begin after 8 a.m. Tuesday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
The funeral for Tanner Boothe will be 1130 a.m. Tuesday in Lunning Chapel, with the Revs. David Mixon and Frank Darrah officiating. Burial will be in Babyland in Aspen Grove Cemetery
