Timothy Neil Bolte-Ita, 14, 705 S. Central Ave., died at about 12:45 a.m. Friday, June 14, 1991, at his home.
Born June 27, 1976, in Great Lakes, Ill., he was the son of the late Merle E. Bolte and the former Mary T. Saylor Bolte.
He was a student, a HawkEye carrier and recently was elected Senior Patrol Leader of his Boy Scout troop. He was active in sports and was a member of the YMCA.
Survivors include his parents, Douglas Wayne and Mary Ita; two brothers, Michael Ita and Brent Ita, both of Burlington; a sister, Kari Ita, Burlington; and his grandparents, Veronice Saylor, James, and Virginia Ita, all of Burlington.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 pm Monday at Prugh’s Chapel.
The funeral for Timothy Bolte-Ita will be 10:30 am Tuesday at Prugh’s Chapel with the Rev. Carl Leveling officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
