Mari Annette Levins, 58, of Burlington, died 7:15 a.m. December 19, 2017 at her home.
Born November 21, 1959 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Andrew and Juanita (Lathrop) Yacko. She married Dan Levins and they later divorced.
She worked for Exide, Winegard, General Electric, Lehigh Leopold, Cessford Construction and Great River Medical Center in medical records.
She was of the Catholic faith. She was a fun, outgoing person. She loved rock hunting, especially Geodes. She enjoyed wildlife and collecting Native American memorabilia.
Survivors include two daughters; Jamie Levins and Jennifer Levins both of Burlington; one son, Jerimiah Levins of Burlington; eight grandchildren; her companion, Dave Bray of Burlington; two sisters, Margaret Simons and Phyllis Russell both of Des Moines; one brother, John Yacko of Colorado Springs, CO; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Joseph.
The memorial visitation for Mrs. Levins will be from 5 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 29th at Lunning Chapel where the family will receive friends.
According to her wishes, cremation has been accorded.
