Ruth Elaine Yohe, 63, of 109 Leffler St., West Burlington, died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 1994, at University Hospitals in Iowa City. Born April 18, 1931, in Lead, S.D., she was the daughter of Rudolph and Lena C. Leesekamp Fahrni. On Nov. 22, 1948, she married Robert M. Yohe in Denver, Colo. Mrs. Yohe had worked at the Holiday Inn/Days Inn and now the Ramada Inn for 28 years. She was a member of the Harmony Bible Church. Survivors include her husband; one son, Leslie M. Yohe of West Burlington; two daughters, Kay J. Loerchof Coronado, Calif., and Debra M. Jones of Columbus Junction; 11 grandchildren; one sister, Betsey Wyatt of Golden, Colo.; one brother, Leonard Fahrni of Denver, Colo. Visitation will be after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Hass Funeral Chapel, where the family will receive friends between 7 and 9 p.m. The funeral for Mrs. Yohe will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Harmony Bible Church, with the Rev. Leonard Schantz officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established in the memory of Mrs. Yohe.
