Funeral for Raymond Yoder,52, of 1211 Campbell, who died Saturday, Aug. 6, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Lunning Chapel, Dr. Robert Gildner' Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial to St. Francis Continuation Care Center has been established. The son of Daniel and Elsie Conrad Yoder, her was born July 27, 1925, at Kalona. He served in the Marine Corps in World War II and married Joan Hill June 26, 1949, at Sigourney. He married Marilyn Henry Whitten Nov. 29, 1975, in Burlington. He was a member of the United Methodist church and American Legion. Surviving: The wife; his mother, Elsie Yoder, Ollie; two sons, Donald, Ames, and David, Iowa City; daughter Kathie Yoder, McGrath, Alaska; four brothers, Ralph, Ft. Dodge, James, Sigourney, Russell, Ollie, and Cletus, Richland; three sisters, Agnes Yoder, Denver, Colo., Mrs. Gernie Bright, Cape Coral, Fla., and Mrs. Ardis Shirkey, Richland; stepson, Craig Hillyard and stepdaughter Judy Cooper, both of Burlington.
