Claribell Yeiter, 80, of St. Francis Continuation Care Center, died at 2:50 p.m., Monday, Sept. 23, 1991, at University Hospitals Iowa City. Born Oct. 11, 1910, in Burlington, she was the daughter of George and Lena Stumpf Mosena. She married Milton E. Yeiter Dec. 28, 1935, in Burlington. He died April 12, 1986. She had been employed at National Research. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, United Commercial Travelers and the Alta and Rosary Society of St. Patrick's church. Survivors include one son, Milton F. Yeiter, rural Burlington; one sister, Mrs. Gladys (Roy) Leidig, Burlington; and one granddaughter. The family will receive friends Thursday, following a 7 p.m. rosary until 8:30 p.m. in Lunning Chapel. The funeral for Mrs. Yeiter will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for St. Francis Continuation Care Center.
