James Edgar Woods, 64, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008, in Biloxi, Miss. Born May 10, 1944, in Burlington, he was the son of John Lee and Louise Burnett Woods. Survivors include one sister, Mary Lee Stroup of Lexington, KY, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. His body was cremated. Burial will be at a later date in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington.
